This is the only park in Uganda where you can find elands, impalas, and klipspringers. It also has Uganda’s largest zebra population (around 5,000) and possibly the highest number of leopards.
Day 1: Arrival and Game Drive
Upon arrival, your guide will pick you up and begin the drive to Lake Mburo National Park, known for its beautiful landscapes and rich wildlife. After checking in at the lodge and enjoying lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive to spot animals like zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes, and many birds. Return to the lodge for dinner and an evening of relaxation.
Day 2: Game Drive & Boat Cruise
Start your day with an early morning game drive—look out for leopards, hyenas, and other wildlife as the park wakes up. After lunch, enjoy a peaceful boat cruise on Lake Mburo, where you'll see hippos, crocodiles, and various water birds. Spend your evening at the lodge with dinner under the stars.
Day 3: Nature Walk & Departure
Begin with a guided nature walk led by a ranger, giving you a closer look at the park’s smaller wildlife, plants, and birds. After brunch, pack up and drive back to Entebbe or your next destination.
